The Bril Optical Assistant Internship is a paid, hands-on training program designed for passionate individuals who want to build a career in the optical and customer service space. Interns may rotate between Bril Group practices (mainly in the Western Cape), gaining valuable real-world experience in:

• Frontline customer service
• Frame selection and styling
• Quoting and invoicing
• Medical aid claims
• Practice administration

Interns will be mentored by experienced team members and exposed to Bril’s unique boutique-style approach to optometry. This role is ideal for someone energetic, eager to learn, and excited about working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

No prior optical experience required, just a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
