Bril Kids Club
1. What is the Bril Kids Club, and who can join?

The Bril Kids Club is a membership program for school-going children aged 4 to 18, offering 4 free eye tests per year and 25% off all eyewear and lenses for just R499 per year. Any child with proof of school registration is eligible to join.

2. How much does it cost, and what’s included?

The membership costs R499 per year and includes:

4 free eye tests (one every season)

25% off all eyewear and lenses

3. How do I sign up, and how is my membership activated?

Simply sign up online at www.hellobril.co.za, and we’ll activate the membership. Once active, we’ll send the membership card directly to you.

4. How do I book an eye test, and are there any additional costs?

After signing up, you can book an eye test at any Bril space by calling or booking online. The 4 eye tests per year are fully covered, so you don’t need to pay for them.

5. Example Can I use the 25% discount on any glasses, and what if my child’s glasses get lost or broken?

Yes! The 25% discount applies to all eyewear and lenses, including replacements for lost or broken glasses. Kids outgrow and damage their glasses often, so this makes it easier for you to keep their vision up to date.

6. Does the membership renew automatically, and can I cancel it?

Yes, your membership automatically renews each year. If you wish to cancel, simply email Bril Head Office at hello@hellobril.co.za before your renewal date.

7. Can I sign up multiple children, and how do I manage multiple memberships?

Yes, you can sign up multiple children, each with their own membership. All memberships are managed separately, but you can manage them all under the same parent or guardian account.

8. Are there any restrictions on combining the 25% discount with other offers?

The 25% discount is not valid with any other promotions or discounts. It’s a stand-alone benefit exclusively for Bril Kids Club members.
